- Use research, experimentation, and data to validate decisions and improve experiences continuously
- Help shape product direction, not just interface execution
Requirements
- Strong experience in product design for mobile products (iOS and Android)
- A systems-thinking approach, considering flows and user journeys, not just individual screens
- Comfort working with ambiguity and helping shape direction
- A research-driven and data-informed approach to design
- Natural collaboration skills, involving stakeholders early and often
- A deep care for user outcomes, product quality, and business impact
