Product Designer

The Product Designer will take end-to-end ownership of the user experience for digital products supporting maritime operations and customer journeys. This includes conducting research, creating high-fidelity interfaces, and collaborating with engineers and product managers to iterate on solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the user experience across digital products
- Understand users, customers, and vessel workflows through research and insights
- Design intuitive solutions for both onboard operations and customer-facing journeys
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to bring solutions to life
- Iterate based on feedback, data, and user insights
- Contribute to and evolve the design system
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI)
- Experience working end-to-end, from research to delivery
- Strong interaction and visual design skills
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Experience collaborating in product teams
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
