Senior UI/UX Designer

Lead the design of complex enterprise product experiences and themes across a global organization. Leverage responsible AI tools to drive productivity, innovation, and measurable user outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and guide features and themes to fit with an overall portfolio
- Influence day-to-day design and research work that spans multiple themes
- Balance needs of concurrent projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Develop and sustain effective and cooperative working relationships with peers, managers, and other internal or external stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years designing enterprise product experiences
- Online portfolio demonstrating advanced, wide-ranging experiences
- In-depth professional knowledge of latest interaction patterns for web, user-centered design process, design principles, and techniques
- Experience using Figma to create low to high fidelity prototypes and mockups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead ideation sessions and present a strong rationale for design decisions
