Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize user research data into clear findings and actionable recommendations
- Design mission-critical applications and systems
- Work on a hybrid team in Colorado Springs, CO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in UX/UI Design in enterprise or other complex domains
- Expert in quantitative user research with a nuanced understanding of the full human-centered design process
- 4-year degree, with an advanced degree preferred
- Active Secret Clearance and willingness to obtain TS/SCI Clearance
- US Citizen who lives in the USA
