Design and optimize user experiences across all platforms, ensuring intuitive and seamless interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective design solutions and manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize user experiences for acquisition, care, or product across all platforms
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions
- Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Develop and organize the structure and flow of information within the product
- Ensure cohesive and effective design solutions with cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior colleagues in and outside of design
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in interaction or product design
- Proven ability to create intuitive, engaging user interfaces
- Deep expertise in Design Thinking and Lean UX
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and user-centered thinking
- Proficiency with design tools, including Figma, FigJam, and Lovable
- Experience partnering with engineers to deliver product features and releases
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
