As a UX Designer, you will shape the user experience of an AI-based Operating System by creating intuitive interfaces and turning complex workflows into cohesive experiences. You will conduct user research and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams throughout the design process.
Responsibilities
- Run user research: interviews, field studies with installers, usability tests
- Move from messy discovery to shipped products
- Design end-to-end flows, interaction models, and polished UI with crisp information hierarchy
- Collaborate tightly with Product, Engineering, and Operations throughout the design process
- Advocate for the user in all product decisions and trade-off discussions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping complex digital products
- Strong UX thinking and craft
- Proven end-to-end responsibility in design/UX
- Proficiency with Figma or similar tools and prototyping
- Experience building or contributing to design systems
