Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of new growth-focused product experiences, from early ideation to final execution
- Design and refine user journeys that improve activation, engagement, retention, and monetization through thoughtful, data-informed decision-making
- Collaborate closely with UX research and data teams to translate insights into meaningful product improvements and user-centered design solutions
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and deliver cohesive, scalable experiences
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product or UX design, including at least 4 years in a senior or lead design role
- Formal education or training in UX, Interaction, or Product Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating growth-focused product design, complex user journeys, and high-quality UI execution
