Senior Digital Design Manager – Paid Media (All Genders)

Lead the conceptual development and execution of high-performance creative assets for paid media channels including Meta and Google Ads. Manage creative automation workflows via Smartly.io and optimize assets based on performance data and A/B testing.
Responsibilities
- Creative & Conceptual Ownership: Ensure conceptual development for paid media campaigns from brief to execution
- Paid Media & Performance Design: Own end-to-end creative delivery for META, Google Ads, Affiliate, and App campaigns
- Creative Operations, Planning & Prioritization: Ensure planning, prioritization, and structuring of creative projects
- Automation & Smartly.io: Own and evolve the creative automation setup in Smartly.io
- Innovation, Enablement & Collaboration: Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, AI, and process improvement
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital design, paid media, or creative operations
- Proven strong experience in creative work for performance marketing channels
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution quality
- Hands-on experience with Smartly.io or similar automation platforms
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite and strong Figma skills
- Familiarity with HTML5 ads and performance-driven formats
