The Senior Product Designer will deliver user-centered designs that align with Gantri's aesthetic and functional goals while developing a cohesive design system across various digital platforms. They will collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate design vision into impactful products and foster a design-thinking culture.
Responsibilities
- Deliver stunning, user-centered designs that align with Gantri's aesthetic and functional goals
- Develop and implement a cohesive design system to scale across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate design vision into impactful products
- Foster a design-thinking culture, ensuring user-centricity drives all product development processes
- Establish and track key design metrics to systematically validate design requirements and measure impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, UX/UI, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital and graphic design
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design excellence for user-centric digital design for consumer-facing and B2B platforms
- Deep expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion/graphic design tools
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling design systems for complex platforms
