As a Product Designer, you will lead the design of user experiences from discovery through delivery, collaborating with various stakeholders. You will advocate for user needs and contribute to evolving design systems and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of user experiences from discovery through delivery — including research, wireframes, interaction flows, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes
  • Translate user insights and product goals into intuitive, accessible, and beautiful interfaces
  • Build and iterate on prototypes to validate design concepts and inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent is realized in the final product
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and standards that scale with our product
  • Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process and help prioritize design work based on impact and feasibility

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in a software setting
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and thoughtful problem solving
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
