Product Designer

The Product Designer will create, maintain, and scale the design system that enhances the customer experience. This includes defining the vision and strategy while collaborating with engineering for quality implementation.
Responsibilities
- Creating, maintaining, and scaling component libraries, design tokens, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards
- Defining and owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the design system
- Partnering closely with engineering to ensure system adoption, alignment, and implementation quality
- Developing workflows that improve designer-developer collaboration, including Figma libraries, documentation, and quality checks
- Shaping internal best practices for design documentation, guidelines, and cross-team collaboration
- Constantly raising the bar for design craft and execution across the organization
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design
- Proven experience building design systems for SaaS platforms
- Deep expertise in Figma, including component libraries, tokens, variants, and systematic file organization
