The UX Designer will design high-quality, visually consistent interfaces for complex software products and work hands-on with teams to deliver key user experiences. They will also contribute to the design system and provide UX guidance to other teams.

- Contribute to our design system and experience principles
- Design AI-assisted experiences, focusing on clarity, trust, and user control
- Use AI tools as part of your daily design workflow
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with strong visual design skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI design for complex or enterprise products
- Advanced Figma skills (components, auto layout, libraries, prototyping)
- Experience designing data-rich or AI-assisted interfaces
- Proven experience working closely with developers and product managers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with distributed (global) teams
