Own the end-to-end design process for new features and product improvements while collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers. Lead user research and maintain the design system to ensure visual consistency and scalability across products.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end design process for new features and product improvements
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Product Designers to translate business and user needs into intuitive solutions
- Lead user research and usability testing to validate concepts and surface insights that inform design decisions
- Evolve and maintain our design system to keep the product visually consistent and scalable
- Bring fresh thinking by staying current with UX and UI trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in user-centred design
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Strong portfolio of thoughtful, effective digital experiences
- Know Figma inside out, including design systems and Auto Layout
- Comfortable running user research, interviews, and usability testing
