The role involves owning and evolving the visual identity of the public-facing website and managing the website design system. You will design reusable components, page templates, and graphics to support marketing strategies and brand narrative.
Responsibilities
- Drive the site's visual identity
- Design and implement reusable components and page templates
- Get into the nitty-gritty of the design system
- Lead on elevating and upholding the brand narrative
- Collaborate with teams across the business to tell their story
- Work with analysts to uncover quantitative and qualitative insights
Requirements
- Apply core design principles confidently and creatively
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS
- Systematic approach to design
- Ability to balance commercial, resource, and technical constraints
- Experience with AI-assisted development and AI-powered design tools
