Senior UX Designer

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design the next generation of public safety applications. Implement a design-led product development process using a human-centered approach to execute the product vision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, data scientists, subject matter experts and other members of the global UX team to design the next generation of public safety applications.
• Enable a design-led product development process with a human-centered approach.
• Leverage the power of design to inspire change and execute the vision.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Understanding of current design trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence within cross-functional teams
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement
• Professional fluency in English
