Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years designing enterprise product experiences
- Online portfolio demonstrating advanced, wide-ranging experiences
- In-depth professional knowledge of latest interaction patterns for web
- User-centered design process
- Design principles and techniques
- Experience using Figma to create low to high-fidelity prototypes and mockups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead ideation sessions and present a strong rationale for design decisions
