The UX Researcher will be responsible for enhancing product functionality and processes from the user's perspective. They will provide experience reports to help improve user experience and assist new users during onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Provide experience reports from the user's perspective to help the product team improve the user experience
- Assist new users in resolving issues during the onboarding process
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Project, and Visio
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and the ability to communicate
- Able to collaborate effectively across multiple business units
- Good customer service awareness
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
