As Digital Design Manager, you will shape the Argos brand experience across digital touchpoints, ensuring high-quality customer interactions. You will lead a team of designers and drive improvements in digital design delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Translate brand and campaign strategies into compelling digital experiences that drive engagement, product discovery, and conversion
  • Work closely with Brand Comms, Digital Trading, Product, Content, and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  • Lead and develop a team of designers, including offshore capability in Mumbai
  • Drive improvements in ways of working, build team capability, and embed best practice across digital design delivery

Requirements

  • Experience leading design delivery across digital platforms
  • Ability to translate brand and campaign guidelines into consistent and effective digital execution
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing digital initiatives
  • Experience using content management systems and digital analytics tools to inform design decisions and optimize performance
  • Experience leading, coaching, or developing teams, including working with distributed or offshore teams
