Design and evolve digital products from problem definition to final delivery, applying Human-Centered and AI-Oriented Design approaches. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs and user behavior into scalable and impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve digital products from problem definition to validation, prototyping, and final delivery
- Apply Human-Centered Design and AI-Oriented Design approaches, ensuring useful, understandable, and business-aligned solutions
- Solve complex problems through research, analysis, synthesis, and evidence-based decision-making
- Design experiences that integrate artificial intelligence (automation, personalization, assistants, generative systems) when adding real value
- Participate in discovery processes, identifying opportunities where AI can improve the experience or enable new capabilities
- Translate insights into user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces ready for development
- Design UX/UI experiences for web, mobile, SaaS, and enterprise platforms
- Design interactions with intelligent systems, considering user trust, explainability, and control
- Create interactive prototypes to validate AI-driven solutions (copilots, dashboards, conversational flows)
- Work with Design Systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and adaptability to new patterns
- Collaborate with product, development, data, and business teams to guarantee viable and aligned solutions
- Conduct user testing to validate adoption, understanding, and trust in AI-based functionalities
- Document design decisions and defend proposals with strategic criteria and impact focus
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer/UX/UI Designer in complex digital products
- Advanced knowledge of design and prototyping tools (especially Figma)
- Strong UX skills: research, information architecture, user flows, prototyping, and testing
- Solid UI skills: visual design, interaction, accessibility, and attention to detail
- Experience working with Design Systems
- Practical knowledge of integrating artificial intelligence into digital products
- Ability to design experiences considering trust, privacy, biases, and limitations of AI
- Experience in agile environments and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of English (minimum B2-C1)
