Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will lead design end-to-end for complex features, collaborating with product and engineering teams to create intuitive interfaces for technically complex workflows. They will also navigate ambiguity and work with researchers to validate design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design end-to-end for complex features, from early problem framing through detailed specs, implementation support, and iteration post-launch
- Work across product areas, partnering with product and engineering to identify opportunities and shape solutions
- Design intuitive interfaces for technically complex workflows, turning powerful capabilities into experiences that feel effortless
- Incorporate AI-assisted capabilities into features thoughtfully, helping users leverage AI where it adds value
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with significant time spent in enterprise SaaS, developer tools, or technically complex domains
- A portfolio that demonstrates ownership of complex problems end-to-end
- Deep technical fluency, with comfort working on features involving concepts like data transformations, API configurations, schema mapping, and automation logic
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Experience with design systems and how to contribute to and extend them thoughtfully
