Responsibilities
- Design high-converting static and video ads for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Create scroll-stopping visuals that are minimal, bold, and clutter-free
- Design with clear hierarchy and intent — every element should earn its place
- Continuously iterate on creatives based on performance data
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the growth team, brand team, external freelancers, video editors, and agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in presentation design, preferably within the financial services or investment industry
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI design tools like MidJourney, Gemini, GPT, Higgsfield
- Strong visual design skills, including color theory, typography, and layout
- Strong attention to detail and data visualization and presentation skills
