The Junior Graphic Designer will design visually compelling assets for various digital touchpoints and support campaign launches with brand-aligned creative. They will ensure brand consistency and collaborate closely with other team members.
Responsibilities
- Creative Design & Brand Assets: Design visually compelling assets across various touchpoints
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative assets align with the brand’s visual identity and aesthetic standards
- Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and external partners
- Take feedback constructively and iterate efficiently while maintaining quality
- Support day-to-day creative requirements in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with attention to detail and composition
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, taste, and versatility across formats
