Senior Product Designer

Own the end-to-end user experience for the B2C App and emerging B2B product, translating complex problems into intuitive interfaces. Establish and maintain the design process, system, and standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own the design process and rhythm: Drive design end-to-end, from discovery and ideation through delivery and post-launch iteration
- Create experiences worth coming back to: Translate multi-market user needs and feedback into engaging and compelling user experiences
- Craft real-world designs: Conduct user research and usability testing, and use data to identify friction, prioritize improvements, and measure impact
- Build the design system: Create and own the principles, patterns, and standards to create consistent and scalable experience across all surfaces
- Be a creative partner: Refine designs with teams, run design experiments, and identify opportunities to maximize engagement and conversion
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product/UX design at fast-moving, B2C mobile product-led companies
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design across mobile and web, with interaction design, visual craft, and product thinking
- A proven ability to own design projects end-to-end, from research through delivery and iteration
- Proficiency in Figma, including component-based design, prototyping, and building and maintaining design systems
- A bias for using AI to enhance creativity and improve the design workflow, e.g. AI-assisted exploration, prototyping, synthesis of customer research and feedback
