Staff Product Designer

The Staff Product Designer will partner with cross-functional teams to define problems, map user flows, and launch new products. They will also lead the work of designers and product managers, ensuring consistency with the brand and product architecture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Strategists, and Writers to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services
- Indirectly lead the work of a team of talented designers, product managers and engineers as the defacto creative director of innovative projects
- Build strong relationships with leaders inside and outside of core product teams; show strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- Have a keen understanding of research methods, technological, business and user opportunities and constraints
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design
- Excellent UX, visual and interaction skills and craft
- Ability to define direction and process, and lead others through it
- Can effortlessly motivate and drive small to medium teams to transform a product
- Demonstrated ability to help a team navigate ambiguity, set vision, and set strategy for global products
