Digital Design Manager (In-house, with a great team culture)

The Digital Design Manager will lead the creative output of the organization, overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality digital design projects. This includes managing a team of designers and videographers while ensuring all projects align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the guardian of the brand and sub-brands, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs
- Lead the creative response to briefs from concept through to delivery
- Champion best practice and introduce new digital design trends and ideas
- Help evolve the brand to ensure it remains modern, engaging, and relevant
- Create high-quality digital assets, including website graphics, social media content, and email marketing assets
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of designers and videographers
- Oversee studio workflow and resource allocation
- Support team members with feedback, coaching, and professional development
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Digital Design Manager, Senior Designer, or Creative Lead role
- Strong portfolio showcasing outstanding digital design work
- Experience managing creative projects from concept to completion
- Previous experience mentoring or managing designers
- Excellent understanding of digital channels and user-centred design
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives
