Mechanical Design Engineering Intern (6 Months)
Ge Aerospace 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Turkey
The intern will be responsible for system-level clearances activities for cold and hot sections, including creating FEM and conducting design reviews. They will collaborate with multiple teams to document engineering work and provide field support for sustaining engines.
Responsibilities
- Execution of creating FEM, design reviews, and field support for the sustaining engines
- Work closely with multiple teams to design the system, understand engine behaviors and help hardware owners and Systems for decision process
- Helping the team with documenting and reporting engineering work
Requirements
- Being an undergraduate student in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering etc. either studying 3rd or 4th year
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated skill in utilizing multiple engineering tools, UG NX, ANSYS
