Take ownership of creative performance across paid media channels by translating performance insights into scalable creative concepts. Manage end-to-end delivery for platforms like Meta and Google Ads while evolving creative automation via Smartly.io.
Responsibilities
- Ensure conceptual development for paid media campaigns from brief to execution
- Proactively define creative directions, frameworks, and solutions
- Translate brand/channel goals and performance insights into scalable creative concepts
- Ensure brand consistency while adapting creative across platforms, audiences, and markets
- Act as a creative decision-maker, confidently guiding stakeholders forward
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital design, paid media, or creative operations
- Proven strong experience in creative work for performance marketing channels
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution quality
- Hands-on experience with Smartly.io or similar automation platforms
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite and strong Figma skills
