The Senior UI/UX Designer will own projects from brief to ship, ensuring quality and execution detail at every stage. They will lead the design of various digital experiences and collaborate closely with the creative and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own projects end to end β Take UI/UX and digital projects from brief through to ship β owning quality, timeline, and execution detail at every stage
- Design UI/UX & web experiences β Lead the design of e-commerce, marketing sites, landing pages, and web-based interactive experiences
- Build & maintain component libraries β Develop and optimize design systems and reusable UI components for consistency and speed
- Contribute to brand & creative ideation β Bring ideas to brand concepting and campaign development β not just downstream execution
- Provide visual & key visual support β Support the broader creative team with visual design and KV development as needed
- Prototype & vibe-code β Use rapid prototyping and lightweight coding to communicate intent, validate interactions, and accelerate hand-off
- Collaborate with front-end engineers β Speak the language of front-end development and work seamlessly with engineers to ensure faithful, high-quality execution
- Apply motion & micro-interactions β Use motion and micro-interaction thinking to create a more immersive, engaging brand presence
- Leverage AI in the workflow β Use AI generative and automation tools comfortably as part of day-to-day craft to work faster and explore more
Requirements
- Strong UI/UX & digital design craft β Expert in Figma, Webflow, and design system development
- End-to-end ownership β Proven ability to drive a project from brief to ship with autonomy and accountability
- Highly collaborative β Thrives working across brand, creative, and engineering; contributes ideas openly and does not work in a silo
- Front-end vernacular & vibe-coding β Understands how front-end is built, can prototype and vibe-code, and communicates design to developers effectively
- Hybrid visual toolkit β Skilled in Photoshop, AI generative tools, and illustration to support brand ideation and key visual development
- Motion & interactive thinking β Experience with motion graphics and micro-interactions that enhance digital UX
- Bilingual β Able to discuss and collaborate fluently in both English and Chinese
