Growth Web Designer

The Growth Web Designer will design, build, and launch conversion-focused pages and campaign assets to support WHC's growth. This includes creating high-performing creative assets for various digital platforms and collaborating with multiple teams to iterate based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-performing creative assets for landing pages, campaigns, paid ads, social media, sales collateral, and promotional materials
• Build and launch responsive, accessible landing pages in WordPress using tools such as Gutenberg, Elementor, or similar builders
• Use Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools such as Claude to develop concepts, variations, and production-ready creative efficiently
• Apply HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to customize layouts, resolve minor front-end issues, and bring designs to life
• Improve layouts, visuals, and page structure to support clarity, usability, speed, and conversion

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in web design, digital design, graphic design, or a similar role
• A strong portfolio showcasing web design, landing pages, digital campaigns, and conversion-focused creative work
• Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Hands-on experience designing and building pages in WordPress
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with basic JavaScript knowledge considered an asset
• Understanding of responsive design, UX fundamentals, accessibility, and web performance basics
