Lead the full design process from discovery to delivery, creating scalable experiences for KICK’s platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design across complex product areas
- Translate strategy into intuitive, scalable, and engaging experiences for creators, viewers, and moderators
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define priorities and shape the roadmap
- Mentor the design team, champion human-centered solutions, and raise the bar for design impact and maturity across KICK
- Design high-quality, scalable experiences across KICK's live streaming platform
- Conduct or collaborate on user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to validate design hypotheses
- Present design work confidently to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design
- Proven end-to-end ownership of design projects
- Interest or knowledge in streaming, gaming, or emerging technologies such as AI
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- High-quality UX and UI craft with accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
- Analytical and strategic mindset
