The Senior Graphic Designer will assist in developing design concepts and deliverables while leading projects and mentoring junior designers. They will ensure alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing design concepts and deliverables while leading projects and guiding less experienced designers
- Support the creation of visuals for campaigns, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives
- Use asset libraries and online resources effectively to gather necessary materials and proactively anticipate asset needs
- Apply design fundamentals in your work, such as proper alignment, typography, and technical settings
- Check your work carefully before submission and review the work of others when needed, maintaining consistency and accuracy across projects
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years of professional design experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Deep understanding of technical production standards for both print and digital outputs
- A resourceful mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
