Lead the design of an AI-powered legal service management platform by conducting user research and driving UX/UI work. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable design systems and refine the product vision for attorneys and legal admins.
Responsibilities
- Design world-class experiences for attorneys and legal admins to manage legal work
- Get close to customers, understanding their workflows and translating insights into design priorities
- Practice and advocate continuous discovery and user research
- Develop mockups, prototypes, user flows, and assets to deliver an AI-first UI/UX
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market partners
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product design experience
- Track record of shipping complex, high-impact products
- Proven ability to transform complexity into elegant simplicity
- Strong craft skills and attention to detail
