Sr UX Researcher

The Senior Researcher is responsible for planning, executing, and synthesizing research to create actionable insights for the cross-functional product development team. This role involves translating research data into powerful stories that help shape Targetâs products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Utilize research methods to deliver compelling and inspiring creative solutions
- Support Principal and Lead Researchers with research requests
- Assist the broader Product Research team in keeping the research library up-to-date
Requirements
- 4-year degree in Anthropology, Social Science, Design Research, Psychology, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience practicing UX design research for digital product teams
- Experience in Lean UX Research methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
