The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various marketing and promotional campaigns. They will collaborate with teams to develop compelling content and ensure consistency in visual style across all assets.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns
- Design and develop social media videos, advertisements, explainer videos, product showcases, and digital content
- Edit raw video footage by incorporating animations, transitions, typography, sound effects, and visual enhancements
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to translate concepts into impactful visual narratives
- Ensure consistency in visual style, branding, and messaging across all creative assets
- Develop innovative concepts and creative solutions that improve audience engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools
- Optimize content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative strategy discussions
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, Video Editing, or a related creative field
- Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
- Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and convert them into visually compelling motion graphics and video content
- Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset and problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
