Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design process for mobile-first digital experiences, from discovery and research to prototyping and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and mentor junior designers to foster a high-performing design culture.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end experiences across mobile and digital platforms
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Digital stakeholders
- Develop and communicate design concepts, rationale, and customer insights
- Champion human-centred design across the organisation
- Mentor and support junior designers
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Figma, prototyping, human-centred design, and information architecture
- 5+ years' experience in UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments while delivering high-quality work
- Passion for creating positive customer impact
