Plan and execute end-to-end UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods to inform digital health product decisions. Translate user behavior and product analytics into actionable insights and structured recommendations for cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end UX research across the product lifecycle, from discovery to validation
- Apply a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics review)
- Analyze user behavior and product performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Translate research findings and analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for Product, Design, and Engineering teams
- Synthesize complex information into simple, structured, and easy-to-consume outputs for stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to inform product decisions and prioritization
- Contribute to improving research workflows, templates, and best practices within a growing UX practice
- Support iterative product development through continuous feedback and validation
- Explore and apply AI tools or emerging technologies to improve research efficiency and insight generation
Requirements
- Bachelorās Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- 5 Years of Relevant Experience
- 5 years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, or a related field
- Strong generalist skill set across qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Ability to translate data into practical, tactical product recommendations
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and structure
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
