Conduct a UX review of the LYOS mobile app and identify friction points and usability issues. Create wireframes and user journeys for proposed improvements and work with developers to ensure designs are practical and implementable.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a UX review of the LYOS mobile app
- Review onboarding, profile, social and travel flows
- Identify friction points and usability issues
- Create wireframes and user journeys for proposed improvements
- Review and challenge new product concepts before development begins
- Work with developers to ensure designs are practical and implementable
- Help prioritize UX improvements based on user impact and implementation effort
- Contribute to product discussions and feature planning
Requirements
- Strong mobile UX and product design experience
- Experience designing consumer-facing applications
- Excellent product thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify workflows and reduce friction
- Comfortable working in Figma
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
