As a Senior Product Designer, you will craft engaging and innovative user experiences across mobile, web, and desktop platforms while leveraging user psychology and data-driven insights. You will also collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation and contribute to the design system.
Responsibilities
- Designing engaging and innovative user experiences
- Driving innovation by exploring emerging technologies and creative approaches
- Leveraging deep knowledge of user psychology, including behaviours, motivations, and attitudes
- Applying behavioural insights and cognitive principles to inform design choices
- Delivering design excellence, producing wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, interaction flows, and design assets
- Utilizing the design system effectively and contributing to its development
- Leveraging research and insights to inform design decisions
- Participating in user research activities and usability studies to define data-based design solutions
- Designing with business impact, leveraging a deep understanding of business goals, KPIs, and metrics to inform design decisions
- Crafting solutions for e-commerce excellence, utilizing in-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends, consumer behaviour, and user motivations
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Product Design
- Proven track record of contributing to the full development lifecycle of web, mobile, and/or software applications
- Experience in designing for e-commerce platforms across all platforms with a strong understanding of complex e-commerce business models
- Proven experience in data-driven decision-making
- Proven experience conducting usability testing and design research
- Self-starter who takes initiative, managing priorities, timelines, and resources to overcome obstacles
- Works with passion, does not give up, and overcomes setbacks
- Iterates fast: try, fail, learn
- Able to work effectively with others on a common task
- Fluent in English with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Online portfolio or samples of work showcasing Product Design skills, including e-commerce design cases
