Process/Design Engineer Amazon Logistics, EU Design Engineering

The successful candidate will lead the design for new delivery stations and improve existing processes. They will work with various stakeholders to optimize layouts and integrate new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Drive new site designs and legacy site upgrade designs from planning to execution, including automation integration
- Lead and drive technology integration and standardization in EU-wide programs and products
- Contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing with EU counterparts
- Provide process expertise on engineering design defining material flow, conveyor positioning, equipment requirements, and real estate implications from process requirements
- Lead strategic initiatives and identify project opportunities to improve the processes and stations designs, engaging and influencing their key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, logistics, supply chain, or engineering
- Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering
- Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
- Knowledge of project management tool
