Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create digital assets for various platforms, including websites and social media, while also supporting e-commerce initiatives. Additionally, the role involves video editing, image retouching, and maintaining brand consistency across different media.
Responsibilities
- Digital Design & Content: Create assets for website, email, paid ads, and social channels
- Design on-brand social content (static, carousel, Stories, Reels)
- Build and maintain ad templates for Meta, Google, and retail media
- Support e-commerce with PDP images, banners, and homepage visuals
- Video & Motion: Edit and resize video content for multiple platforms
- Assist with content capture and post-production for campaigns
- Image Retouching: Retouch product images (color correction, cleanup, skin refinement)
- Ensure consistent visual style across imagery
- Organize and manage digital asset libraries
- AI & Creative Tools: Leverage AI tools to scale production
- Help develop best practices for AI-assisted design workflows
- Stay current on new tools and trends
- Brand & Cross-Channel Support: Maintain brand consistency across digital, print, and in-store
- Assist with print materials and UI/e-commerce design projects
- Contribute fresh ideas inspired by fashion and lifestyle trends
Requirements
- 1-2 years of graphic/digital design experience or strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus)
- Experience with Figma for UI and web design
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Experience designing for social, email, and e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with AI design tools and workflows
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and multitasking skills
- Interest in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle branding
