The UX Researcher II will own and drive end-to-end user and strategic research studies across multiple AWS product verticals. They will design and execute user research projects to uncover actionable customer insights that improve the end user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic user research projects
- Identify the best research methods and questions to optimize phases of research
- Perform quick but thorough analysis to create actionable findings and communicate timely results and opportunities
- Interpret behavioral interaction data to inform both UI/UX decisions and product feature updates
- Manage a queue of multiple simultaneous studies and projects
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Information Science or a related discipline
- 3 years of experience in the job offered, applied user research, or related occupation
- 3 years of experience in all aspects of the UX research lifecycle
- 3 years of experience in core usability tools and platforms and research methods
- 3 years of experience in data management and analyzing and reporting on medium-to-large quantitative datasets
