Senior Quantitative UX Researcher

The Senior Quantitative UX Researcher will uncover insights about users by integrating attitudinal and behavioral data. This role involves designing and executing research to help teams make informed, evidence-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own UX measurement through surveys, including designing and running large-scale tracking to understand the user experience over time
• Translate survey data into clear insights, identifying what drives user behavior and outcomes like engagement, retention, and conversion
• Partner with product, design, and analytics teams to connect user feedback with product decisions and provide context to behavioral data
• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations, helping teams understand what matters most to users and where to focus
• Prioritize and manage research in fast-moving environments, delivering directional insights that unlock decisions

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience as a UX researcher or research analyst
• D2C experience researching touchpoints in the acquisition and conversion funnel
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in support of product development
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver complex messages to diverse audiences
• Proficient in MS Suite, usability study software, and/or statistical research software

• Pay Range: $94,494.00 - $175,490.00 salary per year
