Graphic Designer – AI Career Coaching Evaluator

The role involves reviewing career questions from graphic designers and writing expert-level career guidance. Additionally, the designer will develop evaluation rubrics and flag inaccuracies in AI-generated advice.
Responsibilities
- Review career questions from graphic designers and visual creatives across a range of experience levels
- Write high-quality 'golden answers' that reflect expert-level career guidance within the design field
- Develop objective evaluation rubrics to assess the quality of AI-generated career advice for creatives
- Flag inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations in AI system outputs
- Bring your real-world industry experience to improve AI career coaching at scale
- Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Brand Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar creative role
- Strong understanding of design career development, portfolio strategy, and how creative hiring works — particularly in tech-adjacent and agency environments
- Experience reviewing design work, mentoring creatives, or contributing to hiring decisions
- Excellent written communication skills — you translate expertise into clear, actionable guidance
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to maintain quality when working independently
