Graphic Designer – AI Career Evaluator

The role involves reviewing career-related questions from graphic designers and writing expert-level career guidance. Additionally, the designer will evaluate AI-generated career advice and improve its quality based on real-world industry knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Review career-related questions from graphic designers and visual creatives at various career stages
- Write high-quality 'golden answers' that reflect expert-level career guidance within the design profession
- Build objective evaluation rubrics to assess the quality of AI-generated career advice
- Flag inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations produced by AI systems
- Bring your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
- Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Brand Designer, or similar creative role
- Strong understanding of creative career development, portfolio strategy, and how design hiring works
- Experience giving design feedback, reviewing portfolios, or mentoring creatives
- Clear and effective written communicator who can translate expertise into practical guidance
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable meeting quality expectations independently
