The specialist will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors and needs, and will plan and execute usability tests and A/B validations. They will also develop user journey maps and ensure consistency across digital products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors, pains, and motivations
- Plan and execute usability tests, prototyping, and A/B validation, ensuring data-driven decisions
- Develop user journey maps, navigation flows, and personas, translating insights into clear product and design requirements
- Ensure consistency of the experience across different digital products (web and mobile), aligning with the company's design system
- Support the business team in interpreting usage metrics (e.g., NPS, conversion, adoption) to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Promote a user-centered culture within the organization, facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in UX Research, UX Design, or digital experience areas
- Familiarity with complex digital products, such as digital banks, fintechs, B2B platforms, or SaaS
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Miro, Hotjar, Google Analytics, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Proven experience in usability testing and in-depth interviews
- Knowledge of design systems
- Desirable: familiarity with UX Writing, Product Analytics, and Design Ops principles
