As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead product design initiatives, ensuring high-quality experiences and actively contributing to product evolution. You will translate customer needs and business objectives into clear and intuitive experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Leading projects and initiatives from understanding to delivery
- Working in partnership with Products and Engineering to define problems, hypotheses, and solutions
- Translating customer needs and business objectives into clear and intuitive experiences
- Applying and reinforcing experience principles and design standards in daily work
- Conducting discoveries, tests, and validations to reduce uncertainties
- Using data and research to inform design decisions
- Ensuring consistency and quality in solutions within the journeys under their responsibility
- Participating in critique sessions and contributing to the evolution of the craft collective
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the product
- Communicating decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer acting on digital products
- Conduction of projects with autonomy and responsibility for relevant deliveries
- Close collaboration with multifunctional teams
- Use of research and data to inform design decisions
- Construction of flows, interactions, and interfaces with high quality
- Ability to structure problems and propose solutions clearly
- Effective communication with different stakeholder profiles
- Balance between attention to detail and product vision
