Graphic Designer
Helloconnect Remote (🇵🇭 Manila, Capital District, Philippines)
The Graphic Designer will create visually appealing graphics and illustrations for licensed merchandise across various product categories. They will also support product launches by producing creative assets for digital channels and managing project workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create visually appealing graphics and illustrations for licensed merchandise across apparel, home décor, and lifestyle product categories
- Work from IP asset packages, style guides, and brand bibles to develop designs that are both on-brand and commercially relevant
- Adapt and reformat licensed artwork for different product applications, ensuring compliance with licensor approval requirements
- Prepare print-ready artwork files that meet technical specifications for manufacturing and retail
- Campaign & Launch Support: Produce creative assets to support product launches across digital channels including paid media, on-site banners, email templates, and landing page graphics
- Assist in the delivery of marketing collateral for licensed brand campaigns, working to briefs from the Creative Lead and Brand team
- Manage your own project workflow: track incoming requests, meet deadlines, and communicate progress clearly
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional graphic design and/or commercial illustration experience
- Ideally in-house within a licensing, merchandising, or consumer products environment
- Demonstrable familiarity with licensed IP — experience working from licensor style guides, brand bibles, or approval-based workflows is a strong advantage
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design sensibility across print-based product applications — apparel graphics, surface patterns, or lifestyle product design preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop essential; InDesign a plus)
- Good understanding of print production requirements and file preparation for manufacturing
- Ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-property environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude
