Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will design marketing materials, create visual assets for recruiting campaigns, and develop sales collateral. They will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute creative projects and ensure consistency across branding.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including social media graphics, advertisements, presentations, and promotional content
• Create visual assets for recruiting campaigns, job postings, and employer branding initiatives
• Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, client presentations, and business development materials
• Design digital content for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and internal communications
• Ensure consistency across all company branding, typography, color palettes, and visual standards
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute creative projects
• Prepare production-ready files for digital and print distribution
• Support special projects, company announcements, and event-related creative needs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
• Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable incorporating feedback and iterating on creative concepts
