Senior Product Designer - UX & Design Systems

The Senior Product Designer will own the design system, including the component library and design tokens, ensuring accessibility and consistency across products. They will also design new AI-powered experiences and collaborate closely with engineering to implement the system effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own the design system as a product
- Work closely with engineering to ensure consistency across code and design files
- Set and maintain accessibility standards and interaction patterns
- Turn product strategy and customer needs into end-to-end UX flows
- Create clickable, mid-fidelity prototypes to support demos and stakeholder alignment
Requirements
- 6+ years of product or UX design experience
- Experience building and owning a design system or component library
- Strong interaction and visual UI design skills
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma
