Oversee the design execution for Special Make Up products for RCC APAC Apparel, focusing on storytelling and commercial iterations. Manage and develop the assigned design team while collaborating with other product areas to ensure cohesive design concepts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design execution for Special Make Up products for RCC APAC Apparel
- Lead and drive the collection of market intelligence
- Work with Product Line Managers and Development to develop unique and relevant collections
- Represent your design areas as design spokesperson at internal and external meetings
- Manage, support, motivate, coordinate and develop the assigned RCC APAC design team
Requirements
- University degree in Apparel Design and/or relevant field of study
- At least 7 years of experience in Apparel design
- Strong Concept and Storytelling skills
- Proficiency and refinement in all stages of presentation
- Developed product sense and taste level as well as strong awareness and understanding of Sportstyle APAC consumer and marketplace
- Strong leadership skills
